What did you want to be when you grew up? I really didn’t have one, I just knew I wanted to help people, that’s all.
What was your first job? Server at Steak n Shake
If you could have any other job for just one day, what would it be and why? An astronaut, it’s so fascinating! To be in space for one whole day would be everything!
Favorite meal/food: Tamales verdes with a hot cup of coffee

What accomplishment are you proudest of? Growing up I was very shy and as I have grown, I have become more of the woman God has called me to be.
What do you like to do in your spare time? Cooking, baking and spending quality time with my loved ones.
Any cool or hidden talents? I can cook some good Mexican food.
What’s the funniest thing that’s ever happened to you? Every time I’m at a drive thru and they say “Enjoy your food” I say “You too.”
What do you wish you were doing right now? Drinking coffee with my loved ones and laughing with them.
What is one place you want to travel right now? Ireland
Do you have children or pets? If so, what are their names and ages? Yes, pets. Sophie (8 years), Louie (3 years), Henry (8 years). He passed away this year but he is still alive in our hearts.
What are you most grateful for in your life? When I sit back and look at my life, I just thank God for my husband, family, and work family. I’m so grateful and blessed!
